Principal Advisor, Value Creation Labs
Value Creation Labs is the advisory practice of Laura Erickson. Laura spent 17+ years at Swissnex in San Francisco, the Swiss government's innovation network, moving from finance and operations into innovation leadership with P&L ownership.
She co-founded Free Electrons, the largest industry-backed energy innovation program in the world, connecting 8 global utilities with startups for 280+ deals valued over $120M cumulatively. Most recently she built the acceleration framework for LG NOVA, LG Electronics' venture studio, and served as fractional executive for its first spinout.
She holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in French and Linguistics from UC Berkeley.
